Job Description
- Manage all IT projects for existing infrastructure enhancement and new infrastructure implementations
- Support and provide consultation on network related issues within the entire organization.
- Able to manage on-going system changes and provide support to helpdesk
- Perform daily administration and operational support in the area of network, security and voice over IP
- Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure service availability, reliability, security and user productivity
- Monitoring network usage and performance to ensure system availability and stability
- Able to implement and configure network solutions, involving LAN/VoIP/VLAN
- Prepare documents and procedures for entire infrastructure
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in IT support environment.
- Sound knowledge of computer networking
- Familiar with network equipment configuration such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto etc.
- Familiar with network security / LAN / VoIP and routing technologies solutions
- Knowledge of administration in servers and SQL in Microsoft Window platforms
- CCNA certification would be an added advantage
- Experience in BCP site set up
- Independent and a fast leaner
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
