Franchise Support Executive

Responsibilities:
?Responsible for daily Operations in the department, which include Order Processing, Home Delivery and Operations sections.
?Assist the Operations Manager in various aspects of operations including franchise operations and development, product development, outlet promotions, nationwide and local store promotional activities (in conjunction with Group Marketing Dept).
?Maintain good franchise relationships.
?Handle customer feedbacks and enquiries.
?Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Company.
Requirements:
?Degree or Diploma in Business Management or F&B Management
?Minimum 3 years operations management experience in the F&B Industry preferred.
?Experience in bakery will be an added advantage but is not a requirement.
?Excellent leadership and resourcefulness with strong interpersonal communication skills.
?Self-motivated and results-oriented with good track record in developing business opportunities.
?Possess strong business acumen & drive to achieve corporate goals.
?Enjoy working in a fast pace environment and must be a team player.
?Hands-on experience in MRP/Oracle system will be an added advantage.
?Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
